               Since 2007, the management of Alas Romania has changed, a decisive and wise step, in our opinion.  Bogdan Hanganu, who has been a company lawyer for Alas Romania for years, formed a new team for the company.  A team of young, competent and enthusiastic people. As CEO, Bogdan Hanganu insisted from the start on fostering team cohesion, as well as on product marketing and promotion - aspects which were not taken seriously until his arrival. He is supported, in his activity, by a well connected management team, consisting of: Liviu Marinescu (Sales Manager), Frank Klingeis (Production Coordinator), Elena Barsan (Quality Manager), Dan Radu Muţu (Area Manager).

                Alas Romania is a member of the Asamer Holding. Group.  The Asamer family is the majority shareholder of Asamer Holding.  Most of the top management is represented by family members, which facilitates quick and efficient decision making.
